An order confirmation email once your order has been received.
Standard ground orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they are received, pending availability and credit card verification. cancellations
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately. Once the item is shipped, you may return it under the conditions stated in the Return Policy, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

Your payment will be taken through paypal or credit card via paypal. Please make your payments at your earliest convenience or within 24 hours of your order, to ensure quick shipping

From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Cart page (found in lower right-hand corner) and click the ‘Checkout’ button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis.
sales tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of NewYork . Calculations are based on state of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include sales tax.

US deliveries:
Items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with tracking, please provide a full street address for shipping. Upon shipping, an email confirmation will be sent to you to include the tracking information. Please be sure to include your email address for tracking to be forwarded.
international deliveries:
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.
Processing of international orders takes longer. Please allow 1-2 extra business days for calculation of shipping charge and estimated ship date.
Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail or UPS. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. We do not have control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we can place a claim with the US Post Office or UPS for a lost parcel. Under US Postal regulations, this is the earliest an inquiry may be claimed. It may take an additional 30 days for the Post Office to investigate.
Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - some parcels may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. This information may be obtained by contacting your postal office or customs office. No information will be falsified on the customs forms.

All jewelry is handmade or finished upon order, slight variations due to handwork is possible.
For leather goods, do not immerse in water. Use a slight damp cloth to clean only the surface.
For metal jewelry, If the jewelry does tarnish, lightly scrub the surface using a soft-bristled toothbrush with a mild dish detergent and water. If the tarnish is more severe, rub with a dab of toothpaste and rinse with water.
Jewelry will be nicely packaged and wrapped and suitable for gift giving. Great care in packing the order will be taken to ensure its safe arrival.
repair policy
If you have purchased a leungdesigns piece and it has broken due to a manufacturer's defect, we will repair it at no cost within one year of the date of purchase. (Please note that running over an earring with your car or accidentally stepping on a necklace are not considered manufacturer's defects!) Simply email us at [email protected] for instructions on how to proceed. We will provide an RA# and our mailing address for you to return the item. Upon receipt, we will notify you with an estimated timeline (typical turnaround time is up to 4 weeks). All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Items purchased outside the one year window will be subject to a $25 minimum repair charge.
returns
Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is defective and with an email notification within 7 days of receipt of the product. All returns require a Return Authorization # (RA#), this is received, email us at [email protected].
A return for exchange will be accepted if the product is defective if after 7 days, but within 30 days of receipt of the product. An email notification must be sent in advance of your return and a return email confirmation must be received.
The product must be received back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an items is returned undamaged or is returned without an authorization it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us.
leungdesigns reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
All sale items are non-returnable.
Items purchased at any Retailer selling leungdesigns merchandise may not be returned to leungdesigns.com. Please refer to the Retailer’s return or repair policy, and contact them directly. If goods are damaged during shipment by USPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with USPS. You may have to allow a USPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. The product will be replaced at the carrier's expense. If a request is made for the use of the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.
